MyCrysis:
Ok, just a few days after some more information on what the team has been doing, and we've got the full patch list for you guys to witness. The patch is nearly ready, although we don't have a set date for it currently. This patch will see lots of tweaks and fixes, many of which have been hot topics bought up by the community. The biggest issues that you will see being fixed are the Sniper Scope bug in which the weapon recoil was wrong after zooming in, and the intro movies were not letting people skip them, which have now both been corrected.
People reportedly seem to have trouble with playing online, due to a PB update which causes the user to have a different version than most servers.

As the last dev blog we provided you was so well received, we’re giving you another update on the progress of the latest Crysis Wars update, due out in the not too distant future. Patch 1.1 was released on the 4th November, but even before it’s release the multiplayer team had begun work on Patch 1.2, the next patch for Crysis Wars. Now that 1.1 is out the team has fully moved across to focus on 1.2.
Not only did the first update feature the Linux dedicated server and the 64bit binaries, but the team also fixed an issue with CryNet which prevent people from being able to add a server to their favourites list for more than 1 gaming session.
After the release of the first patch several users encountered problems with PunkBuster that were leading to kicks and massive console spam. The reason for that is the update of the PunkBuster binaries with the release of Patch 1.1.
The Problem
The errors can be either client- or server-side so you should check first the console to know if your client is the problem or the server where you are playing on. If the server is the problem please make the server administrator aware of the issue so that he can fix it.
Crytek:We have just implemented a fix for the Server Favourites issue in which people were not able to successfully save their favourites. The original issue was everytime you logged out of Crynet, or closed the game the list of favourite servers would not be saved and as such, you would have to find the servers over and over again each time you played. This is now not the case, and it now works as intended.
Since 2004 the organization G.A.M.E. Bundesverband der Entwickler von Computerspielen e.V. is awarding German Games with the German Developer Prize. The award ceremony takes place every year in the Lichtburg in Essen, Germany. This year Crytek is also nominated for several prizes in different categories.
That’s right, as promised Patch 1.1 is now here! At 18:00 CET (6pm German time) the patch will be made active. So please keep the time in mind when you are trying to update the game, if it doesn’t work be sure to check that it is past the release time.
